Ok, I'll be honest. The vacations to Washington state, messed me up a bit. I have been averaging going to the gym only about twice a week while in own. Out of town, almost no physical exercise.
Suck!
I hit the gym this morning, and have plans to Thurs and Fri as well. Next week, 5 days should do the trick. I have nothing planned until Labor Day, and the vote is still our on what will happen that week.
The short of it is, working out 4 to 5 days a week is hella hard. Even with a plan, a carpool/gym partner and a great gym to work out at - it is DAMN HARD!
Just need to get it done. Nuf said.

PS - My three year old (Oliver) started Pre-School - holy cow how time flies. He is growing up so fast! Here is a pic of him, after he was ready for his first day...
