Well. Week 17 is here already. My diet has slipped a little, my regular workouts have slipped as well. Having a hard time getting jazzed up and back into the swing of things since the Washington State vacation.
Oh yeah, and it is my Birthday today! WooHoo!
Started off by waking up at 4:45am today, and made it to the Gym by 6am. So far so good this week, wish me luck.
