Its Friday!!!

Good bye week 5!

Ended well.  35 minutes of fun on the Elliptical.  I think I will try 36 minutes next week, and am still debating on Tues/Thurs weight training or Mon/Wed/Fri.  I may start off on Tues/Thurs with Wednesday a TRUE rest day.  Start off slow, and make incremental progress eh?

Problem is on July 5th I pack the family in the car and drive to Washington State.  I fly back on the 13th.  that is more than a full week away from the Gym.  I plan to walk and jog most of those days, but I have made such good progress lets hope this little venture does not turn into a setback.

I hope everyone enjoys the weekend, I am sure planning too...
