Started the running portion this week. Very slow. I am walking 4 minutes, then jogging for 2 minutes. I repeat this 5 times, takes about 30 minutes total. This is the plan for each day this week. Yesterday hurt. Today hurts more. My thighs and inner knees are pained. These effin muscles need to buck up, we are only on week 2. 38 weeks to go. (Did I just refer to me and my muscles as we?)
